Terms & Conditions
This Contest will be governed by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms") and entrants agree that they have read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms:
1. The timeline for the contest is from 10 October 2024 to 27 October 2024.
2. Contest will only be accepted via our social media platform as linked below:

3. All submissions must be made via Facebook or Instagram comments on the contest poster only. Participants’ Facebook or Instagram accounts should be set to the public.
4. Entries will only be considered valid with postings following the guidelines.
5. T Privilege will announce the winners from 28 October to 31 October 2024 on the official pages.
6. Tropicana will follow through with a private message to attain the contact details of the winner when possible.
7. A total of 10 winners from Facebook and Instagram will be chosen (FB x5 & IG x5):

The Organiser reserves the right to change the winner if the winner does not respond within 3 days after notification. Winners should bring a photocopy IC and collect the tickets on 2 November 2024 at HAUNTU Malaysia, The Linc KL as below: 2-9, Level 2, The LINC KL, 360 Jalan Tun Razak, 50450, KL.
8. To enter the Contest, entrants must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age or over at the date-of-entry. Employees of the Organiser and its respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, authorized dealers/distributors, agents, and their immediate families, suppliers of prizes, and employees of any other company professionally connected with this Contest are not eligible to enter the Contest. It is the responsibility of the Entrant, to ensure that their entry does not contravene any local laws or regulations.
9. All recordings, transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or other expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. By participating, participants agree that the Organiser may use their entry, video, name provided and/or any statement made by them concerning the Contest and/or the prizes for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any/all media without additional compensation, notification or permission. By submitting the entries for this Contest, all participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights thereto shall belong to the Organiser.
11. By participating in the Contest, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Personal Data Protection Terms and Conditions attached herein prior to entering this Contest.
12. By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Organiser. Persons who violate any rule, gain an unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Organiser will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims, or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Organiser’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, mechanical malfunctions, failure of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Organiser deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Organiser and are final.
13. The entire experience will take about 60 minutes including a safety briefing, storyline briefing, gameplay and debriefing after the experience.
14. T Privilege Loyalty Programme do not recommend those with heart conditions / disabilities or are pregnant to play Hauntu as it is a scary experience and contains jumpscare, climbing and crawling. Any entry will be at your own risk.
15. Winners are allowed to wear any outfits. However, heels and skirts are not recommended as there will be crawling and climbing involved throughout the experience.
16. Winners acknowledge that even under the safest conditions of practice, there exist some degree of inherent risk which are beyond the reasonable control of Hauntu, its officers and employees and hereby agree to assume the risk in relation to the participation in the Experience.
17. Without prejudice to other rights Hauntu may have under this agreement or at law, Hauntu shall have the right to refuse to grant you access to Hauntu Premises or any part thereof if you are found to be in breach or Hauntu has reason to believe that you may be in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained herein.
Winners shall not be involved in any of the following activities:
(a) conduct which may cause any disturbance to other users of Hauntu Premises or causes any disturbance to Hauntu in providing services to its customer or potential customers such as vandalism, taking down frames, and causing damage to game props or hardcopy materials;
(b) conduct which may cause any harm or injury to anyone or otherwise put yourself or any person in danger such as violent acts, moving heavy furniture and reaching out ceilings; and
(c) jumping, running, and putting unnecessary stress (brute force) on any property or equipment located on Hauntu premises.
(d) smoking, eating, drinking inside Hauntu.
18. Winners should arrive later than the game timeslot, HAUNTU Malaysia has the right to deny the entry.
19. HAUNTU Malaysia will provide a locker to keep winners’ items, but it is advised for winners to travel light as well.
20. The Organiser may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Organiser reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By participating in the voting portion of any Contest, each voting participant agrees to be bound by the official contest rules. Voting is limited to one vote per verified Instagram account. If an entrant receives multiple and/or irregular votes or multiple votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. If the Contest includes the use of an internet tool and the internet voting process fails to operate properly or appears to be tampered with or tainted with errors, fraud or unfair practices, the Organiser reserves the right to use another means to determine the winner(s), i.e. random selection or appointing a panel of judges. All decisions of the judges are final.
21. The Organiser’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the Contest, including without limitation, the determination of the Winners.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Instagram. You are providing your information to the Organiser and not to Facebook and Instagram.
